A life coach is someone who helps you get clarity on the direction of your life. They help you discover your own inner values and beliefs, which in turn motivates you into action towards your life purpose.
You will discover your strengths and hidden abilities with your coach’s help. Uncovering your own truths which empower you to move forward through difficult situations.
How does life coaching work?
Your life coach focuses on what you want to achieve, building on life tools specific for each individuals unique story or situation. Your coach helps you find your own answers that resonate inside of you, helping give you clear direction.
What is the difference between psychotherapy and life coaching?
Psychotherapy addresses painful issues, may diagnose the client, does not reveal personal info, specializes in niche disorders.
A life coach addresses goals and tough issues, draws answers from the client, does not diagnose, will share info about own life and refers the client to life tool therapists. Incorporating mind, body & spirit into the coaching.
What are the benefits of life coaching?

Where does the coaching take place?
All of the coaching is done via zoom or phone call, whatever is comfortable for the client.
How long are coaching sessions?
The coaching sessions are 60 minutes in duration. They can be weekly or monthly, whatever is needed and you are comfortable with.
How much does it cost?
An initial 15 minute consultation is offered for free. All payments are in Canadian funds.
